Yes. If a candidate leaves the organization by their own decision within 90 calendar days of joining, Seligo Consultants provides a free replacement of a reasonably equivalent candidate. If the replaced candidate’s CTC is lower than the current hire, the client pays the applicable CTC difference.
Our professional fee is 8.33% of the Annual Gross CTC of the hired candidate. The final cost may also vary based on role seniority and hiring volume. We offer flexible, customized, and startup-friendly engagement plans.
An invoice is raised immediately when a candidate placed by Seligo Consultants joins the client organization. The client must clear the payment within 30 calendar days from the candidate’s date of joining. Payments can be made via Cheque, Demand Draft, or Online Transfer, payable in favor of “Seligo Consultants.”
